How it works

Step 1 - Buyer Consultation

The first step is to do a buyer consultation so we can establish your criteria and develop a game plan.  I will also educate you on home buying process A to Z, so you can make informed decisions along the way.  

Step 2 - Get PreAproved

The next step is to get pre-approved with a good lender.  Knowing your numbers early in the process is very importantant  

Step 3 - Showings

After you have your criteria established and you have a pre-approval letter for a loan, you are a serious buyer and ready to look at homes.  My system will help you focus on the right homes for you.  

Step 4 - Negotiate Offers

When you are ready to make an offer, I will go over the terms and details.  I will explain all the options and provide recomendations on how to get the best deal possible.  

Step 5 - Escrow

After your offer is accepted the escrow process will start.  It can be daunting for many buyers, so I will make sure you are prepared and well informed throughout the entire process.

Step 6 - Closing

The final step is making sure there is a successful close of escrow.  I will make sure everything gets finalized and you are able to move on to the next chapter in your life.  

As buyers, Mike always looked out for our best interests -- whenever he saw problems or red flags with a home, he would explain it and dialogue about it with us. He truly listens to what you are looking for in a house and then he guides you toward homes that will be a good fit for your criteria.
