How it works

Step 1 - Seller Consultation

The first step is to do a listing consultation so we can asses the property, address concerns, answer questions, and come up with a winning game plan for selling your home.

Step 2 - Prepare Home

Next step is to get your home ready for the market. I will provide guidence and resources to help you focus only on the items that have the highest return on investment.

Step 3 - Pricing & Marketing

Once the home is ready to be listed we will finalize a marketing plan that includes a strategic list price, professional photographs, and high end digital marketing to make sure your home shows well online.

Step 4 - Negotiate Offers

When buyers submit their offers we will go over all the terms and details. I will explain all of the options and provide you with recomendations on how to get the best deal possible.

Step 5 - Escrow

After you accept an offer the escrow process will start. It can be a daunting process for many sellers, so I will make sure you are prepared and well informed throughout the entire process.

Step 6 - Closing

The final step is making sure there is a successful close of escrow. I will make sure everything gets finalized and you are able to move on to the next chapter in your life.
